BAD SERVICE & PRODUCTS

TERRIBLE!! I bought a bed at Sleepmasters almost a year ago. The bed started to get body impression due to a factory default. I logged a complain at the customer services already beginning of Augusts 2020, as of today 4 NOVEMBER 2020 I have not receive my new bed. I have been writing emails since August, in the beginning I received a reply but the last few emails I receive no reply via email even though the call center phoned me back, but every time they make empty promises on when I am receiving a new bed! I am not satisfied at all and recommend Sleepmasters to nobody!
