Bad service, poor quality of beds.

I bought beds last year November and they started to make silly noises this year in February I did lodge a complaint and they came to change the base because they said they think it is that they think it’s the problem after a week of them changing the base the noise started again, I did inform them about noise that it’s has started again but till now they haven’t got back to me. They have bad communication skills, I remember the other time when I called they said they can’t assist me they are on their lunch, they said they will call me at 14:00 and they didn’t get back to me, I remember even the guys that came to change the base, they said I shouldn’t have bought this bed, lots of customers are complaining about this bed.
