Bad service from sleepmasters Montclair mall

Please assist, I had logged a complaint with sleepmasters in Montclair mall last year September when they had delivered a torn bed and headboard, the bed was only replaced in January this year and I'm not getting any response or assistance with replacing the headboard. I have yet stopped the debit order and now it's affecting my credit score.
