Bad service from Sleepmasters in Delft Mall

I went to Sleepmasters in Delft Mall on the Monday, May 20, 2024 to purchase a bed and arrived at the store at 17:18 as I had previously checked on their waist what time they closed during the week and their trading hours were 09:00 - 18:00 however upon arrival before 6pm I was met by a closed door and was told by a Yongama that they cannot help me as they are closed I then enquired why their times on the website differ he then proceeded to advise that they choose to open at 8am to be able close before 6pm because they live far from the Delft mall and do not want to miss their transports home which is not the case because the previous week I made means of arriving at the mall around 8am because my shift was a later time and the store was closed.

I left the store after they refused to help me I went back on the Friday, May 24, 2024 because I manged to leave work early and was once again assisted by the same Yongama who was once again rude during our interaction where he also spelled my last name on the contract incorrectly and I asked him to change it more than once but he insisted that they do not have to because it does not matter but I had to refuse to sign in order for him to change my surname, upon doing the purchase I advised the salesman that I do not need their transport as I will have my own for collection he then gave a theory of if I am making a layby and have my own transport I would have to put in half of the full amount to have the bed delivered from their warehouse in Stickland to Delft Mall and they did not even know how much I was going to pay on the day which was an assumption from him.

I made the rest of my payment on the 31/05/2024, Friday and was told they will call me on Tuesday when the stock arrives which is always the day they receive stock on but I waited the whole day no call was made not even an SMS as an apology advising there was a delay in the process and I am without a bed sleeping on the floor during winter which is very absurd, if this is not attended to and my bed is not delivered withing 48hrs I am going to take it to every social media so that people do not make the mistake of purchasing with sleepmasters again.
