Bad Service From Sleepmasters

Me and my wife went to Sleepmasters in Boksburg shopping for a bed about a week ago where we received good service from there! We opted to deal with the Tsakane (Brakpan) since it is nearer to where we live (Selcourt)...to cut the long story short it’s been hell just hearing the name “Sleepmasters”...on Wednesday the Tsakane branch (Sindi Sibisi) itself e-mailed my wife the banking details which we used to pay in the deposit as per the instruction. Come Thursday morning she called in to check when will the delivery take place only to be told the account number used was not “correct” for her and it was the one used for existing clients. She then called the head-office where the deposit was reflecting, however, the H/O still told her to give it until today to reflect even when she asked them if they weren’t able to confirm the deposit for their branch! This morning she called the branch to check if it was reflecting which according to them it wasn’t yet Bongani at the H/O could confirm the deposit but he also couldn’t instruct the branch. We just waiting for the so called banking department that has already left for the day to come back tomorrow to now instruct them to deposit our money back and we will go somewhere else where they will give us proper customer service!
