Bad service from Sleep master

I bought a bed in April 20223 from sleep master Moreleta Pretoria. After few weeks It made some noises which means it was faulty. I informed them and they sent the complaint to the brand which which is Restonic. After I wrote a review here Restonic contacted me and outhorised the exchange of my bed. Thank you Restonic. hat was the 18th of May. I've been contacting sleepmaster but nothing has happened. The sales person as a last resort he referred me to the Lady in their warehouse because his been trying to communicate with this lady but nothing. I called the lady which I have a name and she was very rude and dropped the phone on me. Until today sleep master has not exchanged my bed.
