BAD SERVICE

Complete lack of customer service , even the manager thinks if she laughs enough you will "forget" that there is an issue. We were delivered a torn base , promised a replacement , then ignored and had the phone put down on us. The only way to get any feedback was eventually going to their facebook page as the customer service telephone number doesn't get answered and the branch just doesn't care - there seems to be no accountability at all. They dont get back to you and they dont care. I will never purchase from them again.
