Bad service ever

I laybye a headboard in July 2022 and put a deposit of R400. 00 and additional eft for R500.00 and to date additional amount still not reflecting. I requested a refund and still told that additional money still need to be updated. I have been visiting Centurion store since last year October and being sent from pillar to post
