Bad service at sleepmasters polokwane landrosmare

I went to Polokwane landrosmare sleepmasters to pay my laybye, they requested my previous receipt I told them I lost it but I can provide my ID and cellphone number as on my previous laybye I used to do that, the cashier and the manager refused to help me. They told me that they are not forced to help me to pay of I don't have previous receipts. I asked them to open the system to check my details and I will confirm they refused. They even ganged to me with the shop assistant. I left the store and asked them how to cancel my laybye they told me to bring 3bank statement and the receipt mind you my recept is lost.
