Bad Service @ Sleepmaster Cosmo City Delivery

hi, I bought my bed at @Sleepmaster Cosmo City on Wednesday I was told it would be delivered on Friday. To my surprise the bed was not delivered all I received was sms saying it would be delivered the following day which will be Saturday, This morning I had to call them to ask when and what time it would be delivered but no one gave me an answer After an hour around 8, I received a call from the warehouse driver and I was told he would be here in 20min he even asked for my location. after 3 hours I called again he told me he would be here in 30 minutes. It's now another 3 hours he is not here yet.

The is bad customer service from Sleepmaster and unacceptable how they treat their customers, I was warned by people who used their deliveries before, and I was told the best thing is to find your transport rather than use Sleepmaster.

Anyone can assist in escalating this issue, I also tried to call their customer care with no help All they say is they can only log a complaint.
