Bad service at Sleep masters

Bought a queen sized bed in August. 2 weeks later the bed has some defaults on the edged with "things" sticking out for lack of a better term. Informed the Vryheid branch but was told it was now manufacturers duty to deal with me. Went back there a couple of times told they delivered bed in nelspruit!! Now still in November no bed, am stuck with faulty bed. Was a cash customer. Am so disappointed with their service. Was told to wait for call but 2 months later no phone call no bed. Not worth even one star!!!!
