Bad service and wrong brand

I complained about their Sealy mattress that I bought few months ago, it is flattened one side and the consultant told me that I must change the mattress every after 2 weeks and it’s a pillow on top mattress. Since the they never call me or do any replacement. Bad service ever and the Sealy brand it’s is not a good quality.
