Bad service and product

I bought a bed from Sleepmasters in April 2022 and already the bed is sagging and the material on the corners is tearing, some sharp spikes came out on the corners and ruined my mattress protector, I asked for my money back and I am not being assisted I get excuses all the time😡😡😡😡😡
