Bad service and horrible staff

I bought a bed last week Saturday at Kenako Mall as I moved to PE the day before then.. I told the ladies working there that I'm new in town do not have a bed to sleep in and a need a bed urgently, they promised that it will be delivered Monday during the day and that was fine with me. Monday morning i got a message from their warehouses confirming a delivery of the 6th which was Wednesday, I called in explained the agreement and promise made by the store but i was told there is nothing to be done..Wednesday as i was waiting for my bed i paid for I received another call from sleepmaster that the truck was hijacked and they will deliver only on Friday. I was now angry but again this things happen and we dont have control over them..Friday 11hrs in the morning I had to call Sleepmaster again as no one communicated with me.Now Bongi from the same shop promised to call me back, she called me back and told me that my bed was broken hence they cant deliver it..What kind of service is this?? I am so fed up I want my money back or a bed now..I have been calling the store spoke to Bongi who made empty promises saying she is changing the bed to the one they have in store and arrande delivery I waited and waited now when I call to folow up they either take my call then put it through until i hang up or Nthabiseng and Yonela kept os saying they are sorry there is nothing they can do. As if this is not enough the same ladies Bongi, nthabiseng and Yonela kept asked me to hold and tge three of them thinking I dont understand Xhosa were laughing at my problem saying dizolinda efounini abozondiqeta meaning i will wait on the call as they wont assist. I need to know what you as the shop going to do about this matter because this is unacceptable and disrespectful of your staff.. I need this resolved as soon as now..
