Bad Service and false advertising

I bought a bedset and pillows online and on the website it states that all purchases for bedsets have free delivery if you buy online... But I was charged for delivery, and upon delivery there were no pillows which I ordered... I had to follow up with them after a week and it's only then they notified me that they did not have stock and asked if I wanted to wait or have my money refunded, I asked for a refund because I could not bare the bad service and its been well over a month they said my refund has been processed but I haven't gotten my money back yet.
