Bad service and communication

I made an online lay-by, I paid the outstanding balance, called Sleepmasters to change address for delivery. At a new address and at a different province compared to the initial address when I placed the order. The online department is incompletant and have different stories when I want the bedset delivered. They do not communicate, I have to phone then often. To know the status. Due to no communication and lack of service I decided to cancel the order and get a refund and buy a betset somewhere else.

They still haven't got back to me regarding the refund process.

Not please with their service.
