Bad service

I cancelled my laybye with sleepmaster welkom, its almost 2 months now, i went to the store 3 weeks back they told me the system has been down, i went again last week i was told the manager didn't get the papers, i lodged a complain with their head office still they told me manager is not available, does he leave with all company systems
