Bad service

I've recently went into Sleep Masters Soshanguve crossing to layby a bed in February the service was bad from day one. So during the lock down level 5 I couldn't go in store to pay so I opted for the eft payment. I continued paying via eft until i was able to in the store again. I went in the store because my payment was not reflect and I was instructed to bring in my bank statement and I did exactly that. As I was in the store submitting all the documents I was belittled because I was speaking English,I was laughed at for claiming the peanuts that I had paid via EFT the girl named Khensani laughed her lungs out at everything I was saying and the manager just laughed along.I have never felt so small my entire my life. We back a month (July) later to check if payments that I've made via Eft had reflected was I laughed at and Khensani left me the desk while I was busy with her to go help another customer that had just walked in. I asked if she could call me back after 2 days she didnt I had to call them back. The store lacks professionalism you get called by all pet names your love friend and sweetheart. No names tags and there isn't anything that shows they are staff members of the store. Khensani has super long nails so unprofessional.
