Bad service

On the 27th of April 2020 I purchased items online, being very much aware that they'll take a while to be delivered, however on the 1st of May 2020 I changed my mind and sent customer care email requesting a refund, I received a naughty, reply telling me about delivery, completely ignored my request for cancellation. I have been sending follow up emails until this day my request hasn't been honored. I feel disrespected by this shop which i trusted with my money.
