BAD SERVICE

Bought a bed on 8 Jan 2022 at sleepmasters wonderpark and even today I haven't received it. I explained how much of an emergency it is. The bed was supposed to be delivered on the 10th but I was told there is factory fault. Waited for 12 days for a bed I paid cash and also paid transport. Now when I ask for a refund they tell me about their process of 7 to 14 days cash back. Waited 12 days for a response then also have to wait 14 days for my money back?
