Bad service

Bad service. Placed and paid my order on the 11th of February almost a month ago and yet my product hasn't been delivered. After many calls and emails I am still struggling to get my product to be delivered. The 7-14 day delivery date has long gone! When I phone in all that was said to me is that my complaint will be escalated, so extremely disappointed.
