Bad service

I recently purchased a bed set from Sleepmasters, which was advertised as including a complimentary airfryer. However, the bed set was delivered without the airfryer, and there has been no clear communication regarding when or if I will receive it. I contacted their customer service, and they informed me the issue would be escalated to the online sales department. It has now been two weeks, and I have yet to receive any further response or resolution.
