Bad service

Bad experience ever!!!!, I went to sleep masters shop and ask for settlement amount and I was advised on the amount, of which I paid same day, I call the customer care and confirm if my account is paid up and I was told that it is fully paid up #call ref *** but all of sudden I'm getting messages that my account is in arrears.
