Bad service

This is the worst store you could buy from, purchased a bed online on 29/08 today is 8/09 and I still haven't received my bed. No communication whatsoever I had to call in and ask because the 2-5 delivery was way overdue I still don't get the purchase of it if they don't fulfill their promise. Today 8/09 I called contact centre to follow up on the complaint made regarding delivery only to find the shocking news that the bed was out of stock, when I made the purchase this was never mentioned online, is this some kind of **** to get our money? Also I'm tired of using my time and energy for something paid for with my money. They've got not sense of urgency, they inconvenience people and this is really bad customer service why should a person be sent pillar to post for their own money?
