Bad service

Hi there this is unacceptable I bought a bed for my parents on the 28th November 2019 when I checked my tracking of my order. with my order number *** the system said to me its not existing how does that happen. I paid a lot of money so please note I need the bed to be delivered as soon as possible otherwise I need then my refund. I cant give money out for free.
