Bad service

I bought bed from sleepmasters that I was told by the sales consultant that thr bed was the best and very comfortable (cloud 9) from the store at Thabong complex in Sebokeng. In less than 6 months the bed was making a noise and I went to the store to file a complaint. I was told that I will receive a new base but that did not happen, instead the staff was rude and did not reason well with me. I am upset as I am sleep deprived because of the constant noise and I paid cash for this bed but I am not treated well.
