What a pathetic service Restonic has especially the exchange department which it's warehouse, I bought a bed last year end of October 2022 then around December it started to give me problems of squicky sounds and I laid a complain on the 3rd week of January 2023 through Sleep masters Carnival Mall. They have approved my exchange around March with the system of sending them a complain through watsapp number, seens then I have been battling with the store especially the lady who was helping me in Sleep masters Carnival Mall by the name of Lerato that lady is not helpful each and every time had to make a follow up instead of her giving me a proper customer service. On the 18th of April 2023 a Lady from the warehouse called me to tell me that on the 20th of April 2023 a driver will give me a call for an exchange of my bed. till today no one called me no one made a follow up to ask if the bed was exchanged its almost 4 months now battling with this nonsense of an exchange what a terrible service Restonic has.

I want this thing exchanged am sick and tired of making a follow up someone has to phone me as urgently as possible your service is very very poor Restonic and it's warehouse soo pathetic.
