Bad service

The delivery department doesn't keep their promises and they don't track their drivers so for all i know they may sleep under trees because I am waiting 2 days from promised date for my delivery and I wasn't informed that they were moving it to the next day so I sat at home for two days in a row now cant go anywhere as I am waiting for them to deliver the after hours phone recording says they are working on Sundays from 9 till 1 phoned them today that after hours message was playing tried to phone carnival mall's sleep masters phone numbers not working so I phoned a different branch got a other phone number and still just a line that's not working i personally wont do business with this company again as it gives misinformation to you and inconvenience you as consumer
