Bad service

I bought a bed on the 1st week of Dec 2024 an they said they have it in stock when it comes to delivery they foned me saying I mst go and choose another 1 since the one I bought it's out of stock off which I decided to be refunded since I was nt interested in any... So I have been waiting fr my money as from the23rd until today.. I went to their shop again today where they fone their head office and K**** answered and he just dropped the fone on my ear after hearing about the refund
