Bad service

After I posted that I did not get help from the HQ and my items were not delivered so today I went to get my refund and they gave me my bed even though it’s was not mine but they gave me. While I was waiting people were coming in having the same problem so my advice to everyone is never buy anything from sleepmaters please don’t
