Bad service

Me and my wife bought a new bed on the 23rd December 2022 and we were promised it will be delivered on the 24 December(the following day) which it was never delivered even after calling the sales lady(Portia) twice on the 24 to check if it still coming or should we collect it ourselves. She insisted the bed will be delivered and because of that we ended up sleeping on the floor because the bed was not delivered. Which I believe that as a client I was over promised and **** to by the sales lady because if she was honest I could have collected the bed as I suggested.
