Bad refund service from sleepmasters

I went to sleepmasters Tubatse crossing in Burgersfort to buy a bed on the 20th of may and on the 22nd i saw the same bed on their website at a lesser price then i called head office and they told me to go get refund and then buy the bed online which i did, but now since the 22nd i have been waiting for my refund when i call the store the manager (Rose) gives me story after story or she is not sure what is happening. Sleepmasters i want my money it's now the 20th of june meaning on Monday it will be a full month.
