Bad Quality Product

I am unhappy about the quality of the bed that was supp**** to me by sleep master, I purchased a bed set from sleep master in Pretoria west on layby 31/07/2017 and completed my payment 02/10/2017. Not even after 2 months for the bed being at my residence has it been making noise when you turn, you can actually hear the springs buckle under the pressure. There is a 1 year quality quarantee on the bed but it has not even reached that. Not happy with the product.
