Bad Quality Beds

In July 2022, I purchased a SleepMasters Saturn bed from Russels Maclear. I am very dissappointed with their product, its merely 5 months but the bed has already lost its original shape you can tell where I sleep by just looking at it. I have reported the matter to Russels and I was requested to furnish pictures of the bed which I did and was told that a complaint was logged to the Supplier which in this case is Sleepmasters. The process I belive was started before we went to December holidays but uptodate nothing and noone has responded to my complaint. I ended up calling their Help Centre and was assisted by a consultant with the name Cornelious who gave me a certain whatApp number to send him the puctures of the bed which I did upto date no one has contacted me and told me about the next steps to be taken. Bad customer service, their beds are not a good quality I highly do not recommend Sleepmasters beds to anyone
