Bad quality beds

I bought a bed that cost R3100 but was on sale of 400, meaning I only paid R2700. However, on the first night, the springs were already poking me. The next morning, I called them immediately to say I wanted to return it. They only returned my call around 3 pm, saying I should come and upgrade.
