Bad quality

Good afternoon. I lodge a complaint last year at sleepmaster at Taakane Mall. The bed is uncomfortable nd is sagging . It's has a 10 year warranty but within a period of 2 years the bed gives me discomfort. When I get to bed it's floppy nd unstable. I didn't get any response as they promised me to hey the feedback from the company I need the company to exchange nd give me another bed as the warranty has a period of 10 years.
