Bad products and service

I bought a bed at Sleepmasters which is giving me endless problems with the bad quality beds they're selling. I called them and had a guy asking me to send him a video of what the bed is doing. Only having him bluetick me on WhatsApp. I called twice again and both times I was told that they would get back to me. Its now weeks later.
