Bad, pathetic, unprofessional unsatisfactory service

Bought a bed in October 2024 at Sleepmaster’s Lambton Gardens Germiston and had to change it after a month because of bad quality. It was replaced with the same brand sealy and after my exchange the same problem happened again and that’s when my nightmare started. I tried logging a complaint with the head office with no joy, went to the shop the whole year still no luck. Asked for my money back they refused. I was promised in Kanuary that they will deliver a new bed on or before the 30th today is the 2 nd of February and nothing is happening. I am currently frustrated as I am not getting any help from the shop and head office and it is now 1 year 4 month with a broken mattress I am even starting to experience back pains. I logged a complaint with their head office still no luck. I need help
