bad customers service at sleepmasters lakeside mall

Good day one and all,

I have been to sleepmasters in the lakeside mall and I am so shocked at the treatment that I received .there so no customer service and they manager was so rud. I don't understand how people can be so rude and insulting in that line of work. I am really unhappy about the service that i have received.

where is Mrs fryer she was the best. can someone let me know where she is . so I can go and get a better service.
