BAD customer services from online team, waiting 2 months for delivery

the 21st Of November 2018 we purchased items from your company online to our dismay today is the 3rd of January and still nothing, what type of tuckshop are you running there.No decency to even call and advise on developments a lousy email stating that the order is ready for delivery and still nothing. I called your telephone numbers and to my dismay cannot get through to any of your numbers I feel very annoyed with this service and cannot believe that your customers are treated like this.

I want my beds or alternatively, I would prefer a full refund with interest as you've had my money now for almost two months already to no avail. I do not feel that I am in any way unreasonable as you fine print advised 21 days which has now passed I do not feel that I have been treated fairly as a customer.
