Bad customer services.

I made a purchase in December. The mattress was faulty i ask them to do a upgrade on the mattress what they did. The mattress i bought was a special order that they said they need to order and that will take 2 - 3weeks. It is more then a month that i am waiting for my mattress. There is no communication no customer service. I have to phone them every week to fine out when i will receive my mattress. I also had to psy 300 rand for delivery that i feel they are just making money out off customers. They advertise the beds but when you get there, there is no stock😡😡
