Bad customer service delivered

I placed an order for a Sealy mattress at Sleepmasters Ferndale shop, and 2 weeks later am still to receive an update. Today I decided to call the shop only to be told that I will have to wait one more week to receive the bed. This is nothing short of bad customer service and I am very disappointed!
