Bad customer service Bed quality very poor

I bought a Queen size bed in December 2023 @ SleepMasters Mayfield. Delivery was on the 4th of Jan 2025. Within a few weeks I noticed that the bed had a sink hole and was no longer comfortable. I started having back pains not realizing that it was caused by this sinking bed. I've then reached out to Sleepmasters Mayfield branch with my complaint they assisted and advised that the warehouse would deliver a new bed since then whenever I call the warehouse, they no longer pick my calls their drivers are rude they cancelled my delivery without my consent. I urgently need help in getting this matter resolved as my health is at risk with bed.
