bad customer service

I did an exchange march they could not deliver because of the 21 days lockdown. 2 months ago they phoned to to say they are coming they didn't. Called me again last month end to say they were doing stock take they going to deliver on a Wednesday they didn't. Phoned me 2 weeks back to say this time for real they gonna deliver on a Monday, with was last monday they didn't come.I feel this is not fair and poor customer service. They keep on phoning me but they don't deliver what is the point. I have been patient for so long .Wh
