Bad Customer Service

I made a purchase online at Sleepmasters on the 17th May 2023 but still have not received my purchase. I have tried calling sleepmasters call centre still no lucky. The is no communication from them I have been calling them ever since. First day of calling them they apologized of the inconvenience saying they have cancelled my delivery my bed was damaged and they gave me another date, but still did not deliver. I had to call them again as they don't communicate, they now said my order was cancelled due to no payment allocated, they asked me to send proof of payment and I did just that but still no success.. I regret buying from sleepmasters and will never it to anyone
