Bad bed service

I bought a bed last year January that was recommended to be strong at sleepmasters wonderpark. Within two months the bed started to make noise and the base is cheap material. Asked them how we deal with the situation and they booked the bed for repairs and told me they will call me so I know when they will come get the bed and take it for repairs or exchange even now still waiting.
