Bad Bed

I bought a bed there in November 2019 and the bed is already damaged, the mattress is not quality, now its August 2020, its been 8 months but this mattress feels like its from 2 years ago, mind due its a queen bed. I went to sleep,asters and complained, and nothing is being done, its been weeks and i haven't heard anything from them.
