BAD BAD QUALITY and BAD SERVICE

There should really be a rating lower than 1 star for this shop. They sell bad quality beds and their customer service is all lies making it a nightmare for customers. They even lie to customers about the quality of there beds just to make a sale.

I bought a bed there October or November 2024, returned the bed less than 2 weeks because of the bad quality. Got a new one and same story again also a 2 months later. They forced me to upgrade not wanting to refund me, they sent me a text saying I will receive the upgraded bed almost in a months time. Mind you I do not owe as I paid cash for it the new bed. Why the wait if it their fault for selling me bad quality in the first place.

THEY SURELY DO NOT VAULE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

I would NEVER recommend this shop to my worst enemy at all. 🤬😡
