AVOID THIS BED SHOP!!!!!

I'm still fuming as I write this review. It's now August, and we've been waiting since JUNE for a simple bed replacement. ZERO communication from the store. No emails, no calls, no updates.

The problems didn't start with the replacement process. The quality of their beds isn't great either. We've experienced issues with durability, comfort, and overall construction. It's clear they prioritize profits over quality.

Their customer service is non-existent. We're left in limbo, wondering if they'll ever deliver on their promises. The lack of accountability and professionalism is staggering!!!
