Atrocious service

Very disappointed and annoyed by the treatment I got from your store in Wynberg Maynard Mall. My bed which was scheduled to be delivered to me today got delivered at the wrong address. I called the store and they wanted to put the blame on me even though I had provided them with the correct information and delivery address which is clearly indicated on the cash slip that I received from the store....I had to constantly check on them for any solution and they said they were gonna speak to a branch closer to where I stay. I waited but no one contacted me until i had to contact them back and the lady whom I think goes by the name Beverly or something was soo rude that she said we wouldn't cheat you on a R3000 bed. Wow what a shocking thing to say to a customer after they were very willing to take that R3000 in the first place...I'm soo disgusted and appalled by this atrocious behavior
